Radley Balko mentions DA Forrest Allgood in his article here. Very interesting reporting as always. Thanks to Radley and folks like him, maybe the truth will come out!

Thalia has a Facebook page

Thalia has a Facebook page and we would love to have your support. You can find her at "Free Thalia Outlaw". I will be posting a copywritten version of Thalia's story here soon. Thanks for your patience. We were able to have Thalia's story told on BlogTalk radio last Tuesday. I will post a link at the end of this post that is a recording of that show. You can also hear more about wrongful convictions every Tuesday on BlogTalk Radio at 5:00 CT at the same link.

Waiting is the hardest thing to do!

Well, we are in wait mode; why is that so hard to do?? You know the saying, hurry up and wait; well, that's what we're doing. We hurried up, we worked hard, we beat on doors, pled and begged and we finally got an open door but now we are waiting! So many things just sitting at the start line and we are waiting on GO.

Deleted the story

Due to the ongoing investigation; we have removed the details presented in Thalia's story! I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and anyone who is interested in knowing more, can certainly contact me.

There are several people assisting in the effort for Thalia's freedom and we all agreed that this blog needed to be brought down and allow for publishing of basic information about Thalia, her case and how she got where she is.

Thank you for your support and please contact and comment on future postings!
